Everyone that work at Harborview needs to be fired. Because of their screwup, my 89-year-old mother, with dementia, spent the entire 20 days of her rehab confined to her room. Everyone on staff that we asked told us that a 14-day isolation for COVID was policy. They screwed up, didn't call to get my mother's COVID shot records and acted as though she was unvaccinated.
Still working with my family to have our loved removed was my New Years Resolution. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Loved ones will not be taken care of properly here.

I like the individual care that she's getting. One of her assistants is very good. For me and my family, I like it because of the location. She has only been there for three days, so we haven't checked that out. They have private dining rooms if you want to have a private dinner with family and bring your own stuff. There's a salon, a gym, a place to watch movies, a nice big dining room, and a private dining room .
Veterans Care
My mother has been in this place for a few weeks. We are hoping and praying she can become stronger as to have her able to return to her lovely assisted living apartment. We will know very soon as to our next move. The CNA ladies are just as lovely as can be and very over worked. Can't get call backs even within 72 hours.

Harbor View is only 4-5 years old. The building is very clean and you don't smell any odors. They have all private rooms so your loved one doesn't have a roommate... So there is no fussing over the t.v. They have came long way and really take care of any issues me or my sister might have. The Administrator has an open door policy and is aware of what is going on with the families and residents.
We offer thousands of original articles, helpful tools, advice from more than 50 leading experts, a community of caregivers, and a comprehensive directory of caregiving services. They really are just not taking care of her like they should. When she calls for assistance, they don't come.
It's not like you are doing it out of the goodness of your heart. She is paying for this care, and they are not giving her the care that she should get. Came to this facility to visit my aunt for Christmas and the place smelled of urine and feces. When asked why does it smell like that a CNA replied that they did not have anyone working in laundry, and that they were using sheets to clean the people up. Another worker I believe to be a nurse said that they never have supplies and she doesn't understand why the place is still open.
